Tracy Quon (Chair)

Tracy joined Wings of Hope in 2002 as the Foundation's Treasurer and to oversee the organization's growing endowment fund. Tracy is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst and works as the Director of Corporate Risk at Statoil Canada. Tracy is a native Calgarian and volunteers with several other not-for profit initiatives. Outside of work and family Tracy loves to spend time with many different outdoor activities.

Diana Kalef (Advisor/Founder)

Diana is the Leadership and Financial Resource Development Director for Calgary Jewish Community Council. She graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1988 and has worked as an art consultant in Japan and Calgary. In 1995 Diana founded the Wings of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation and was President until 2004. Diana is currently the spokesperson and Past-President for the Foundation.

Loretta Tetarenko (Director, Board Development)

Loretta Tetarenko was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at the age of 32. At that time her daughter, Hayley, was only fourteen months old and she was just about to celebrate her 10th wedding anniversary. As part of her healing process Loretta Chaired the Holt Renfrew Fashion Show for breast cancer for two years and raised over $350,000.00 dollars. She is a registered dietician who continues to do some consulting work. Loretta also treasures being a mom. She enjoys skiing, travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Olivia Woo (Director, Fundraising)

Olivia joined the Wings of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation after attending one of their fundraising events. She was most impressed and moved by the enthusiasm of the volunteers and the solidarity of the board members. Assisting in the areas of fundraising, Olivia hopes to ensure a financially sound Foundation that can help a broader spectrum of breast cancer patients and their families. Olivia is a senior portfolio manager at Mawer Investment Management. She holds an MBA in Enterprise Development and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. She has volunteered with various organizations and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Marlene Gough (Director, Strategy & Governance)

Marlene spent twelve years as a Family Therapist and another 12 years as an Organizational Development consultant before retiring in 2005. She holds a BSc in Psychology and an MBA. Retirement has meant more time and energy for grandchildren, family and friends, new hobbies and volunteer work. Having been impacted by breast cancer with the loss of family members and good friends she has seen first hand the psychological, physical and financial strain cancer places on the individual, their family's, friends and many care providers. Taking an active role with the Wings of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation is a fitting way to honour the struggle loved ones endured and to help assist those facing the myriad challenges cancer presents.

Cindy Railton (Director of Programs and Tom Baker Cancer Centre Liaison)

Cindy has worked at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre in Calgary for the past 20 years in a variety of positions. Currently, she is working as a nurse practitioner with the breast tumour group. During her Masters, her focus was on breast cancer survivorship issues. She was involved with the original formation of the Wings of Hope Foundation in 1995, when she was the autologous bone marrow transplant coordinator. Cindy has been a life long volunteer and joined the board of Wings of Hope in February, 2010. Outside of work she enjoys travelling, scuba diving, photography, painting and spending time with her large rural Saskatchewan based family.

Kimberlee Isobe (Treasurer)

Kimberlee joined the board in early 2008 as Treasurer and is a Certified Management Accountant. She manages the Financial Reporting and Treasury group at StatoilHydro Canada and has worked in the Finance and Accounting field for over ten years. Although originally from the Okanagan Valley, Kimberlee grew up in Calgary and attended the University of Calgary. She has volunteered with several other not-for-profit organizations in various capacities and enjoys travelling in her spare time.

Holly Yaschuk (Board Member)

Holly joined Wings of Hope in 2010. Holly holds a Science and Business Management degrees and works as a Project Manager with TransCanada Pipelines. Holly’s is originally from Saskatchewan, but now calls Calgary home. She actively volunteers with several other not-for profit initiatives. Outside of work and family Holly loves to spend time with her dog Chaser and in the outdoors.

Pamela Johnson (Board Member)

Pam joined Wings of Hope in April 2010 as a member of the Board. Pam is a Certified Management Accountant specializing in Risk Management, Finance and Accounting fields for over nineteen years. Cancer has affected Pam in many ways, as numerous family and friends have been survivors and victims of the disease. She has been looking to volunteer with a thoughtful organization which supports a great cause and found it in Wings of Hope. In her spare time she is dedicated to her young family, and their many talents, training for her first marathon, travelling, along with being an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing and hiking, to name a few.
